A downloadable mod for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Ayahuasca is a narrative game (HL2 mod) about a man traveling through his own psyche in order to confront his inner demons. Explore his mind and learn about the tragedy which befell him and help him come to grips with reality. This game is based off a ceremony practiced by many indigenous Amazonian tribes, in which people drink a brew made from the ayahuasca vine. This leads the protagonist into a state of psychedelic introspection in order to cleanse his body and soul.

The game was made as a final project for NYU Game Modding with Robert Yang.

Install instructions

1. Download AYAHUASCA.zip

2. Copy file and paste in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods

3. Extract AYAHUASCA.zip

4. If Steam is already open, restart Steam

5. After this, Ayahuasca should show up in games library

6. Enjoy!
